We are blessed to receive the ultimate at GRO Cafe- CHEF and saviour of the world Maine's own SUPER NEIL VANSTON! Neil has worked as a raw food chef all over the world including the Hippocratic institute in the Philippines. In Maine Neil was head chef for "Living Nuts" www.livingnuts.com, And also the creator of all those amazing dressings and desserts that "Whole Food Grocer" use to put out. He's got skills, and has entirely changed our menu.
We have also been fortunate enough to gain a new Manager. Amber O. has opened various specialty restaurants in the New England. Amber has worked with the Organic Garden www.organicgardencafe.com N.E. oldest raw food restaurant (open 11 years), and worked as a coordinator for Consumer advocate Ralph Nader.
Neil and Amber have made a lot of great changes to GRO. We are committed to promoting health and food sovereignty more then ever. Please Be sure to check out our new menu.

So, lets say you ate to much, or the wrong food, and your feeling a little sick, and a little disappointed. Be easy on yourself. This will get you back to good before you know it.

Portland Maine- We are proud to live in a place were there are so many kind, open, and beautiful people. Thanks for all your effort! The elections may have not manifested all our dreams, but we are trying. We believe in and are optimistic about our future.
