A Day in the Life: Sprouting and Dehydrating
We will be learning how to prepare live cuisine for everyday living.Covering food needs throughout the day, we’ll explore basic live food preparation techniques from making green juices to creating quick snacks and whole meals. Information on whole food nutrition, addressing common pitfalls, and healing through food will be discussed. This lesson will focus on sprouting and making raw breads n crackers.
